The Globe Primary Academy applied for funding towards the cost of refurbishing the outside pool. The pool is used by Sompting residents who attend the school, but also through the wider community with the support of swimming clubs. The money was used to help pay for the hoist and contribute to the refurbishment of the changing rooms.
