Grant to offer 5 6-week Mindfulness, Mediation and Relaxation courses for adults as well drop-in sessions. The course were free to Sompting Residents.
Practicing Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation is beneficial for health and wellbeing. It has been shown to manage stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain and addiction.
